Chisholm Creek Academy believes in hard work and well-deserved rest. So, our Studios operate in intensive five-week sessions with a break week in between.
Typically break weeks are one week long but we take two weeks for Christmas and two weeks for spring break.

A typical school day runs as follows:
8:00 - Dropoff Starts
8:30 - Launch
8:45 - Core Skills
10:30 - Break
10:45 - Core Skills Cont.
12:00 - Lunch
1:00 - Quest (Group-Based Project Learning)
2:00 - Writing Workshop
2:30 - Movement Moment (physical activity)
3:00 - Studio Maintenance
3:15 - Wrap Up
3:30 - Dismissal

The as of the 2026-27 school year, tuition is $11,000 per learner. CCA offers the following discounts: sibling (5%), military (10%), and full-year payment (10%). Discounts may not be combined to a total of more than 10%.
There is a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to hold each learner’s place. We can negotiate a deposit for larger families.

As a state-recognized accredited school, Chisholm Creek Academy’s Families can sign up for the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit which allows Oklahomans a reimbursement of up to $7,500 per learner to attend a private school of their choice. Once accepted, we can help you apply to receive your credit through the state’s website.

Example Learner Contract
We encourage responsibility and pride in our Learners through self-government. Learners negotiate and draft a Studio Contract at the beginning of each school year.

Like the Learners and ourselves, we hold parents accountable through a contract. So there is no confusion as to what we are stepping into together.
